In case of you think of exchange Tanishi product. We’ll happily rectify the problem or exchange the product within 3 days from delivery of the product to your shipping address; you may exchange the merchandise unused, as long as it is undamaged and all tags remain attached to the Jewelry. This applies to our customers worldwide.

Lifetime Exchange Policy

Tanishi Jewels offers lifetime exchange and buy-back. If the Jewelry piece(s) and diamonds/gemstones are intact, the piece may be exchanged for any other item or cash of the value of up to 80% of the price of the Jewelry at the time of your purchase. You can choose to either receive a cash refund or Credits to buy something else.

Gold Jewellery Can be upgraded to new after deduction of remodeling cost, Gold will be calculated on the prevailing buying price after deduction of manufacturing costs and stone,meena weight, The Value of the new Diamond Jewellery selected should exceed the amount offered for the old Jewellery. In case of exchange, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the valuation of the old product before dispatch. Please note that we reserve the right to either reduce the payout value or, in rare cases, entirely refuse to exchange if the condition of the Jewelry is damaged and/or the diamonds/gemstones are damaged/replaced.

Before you return a Tanishi product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craftsmen in Jaipur, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. The stones therefore may vary slightly. All our products go through quality control before shipping.

Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them exactly the way in which they were received (unworn, with original packaging).

Steps to Making Return

  1.Please inform us within 3 days of receipt of order. You must email        tanishijewels@india.com to notify us.    

2.Before we arrange for your damaged/incorrect product to be returned to us you are required to send us a photograph of the product, then, it is up to the discretion of the Tanishi QC team to decide whether product is approved for return.

3.Once we have received an e-mail notifying us of your concern with the product image and our Quality Control team has authorized the return we will inform you on the most mutually convenient return method.

4.Tanishi will replace the items free of charge if possible or issue a refund for the cost of goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping. We will refund the purchase price of the Jewellery and the shipping charges. Refunds will only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.

As the charge to your credit card/account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment we will provide a refund to your account via the respective payment gateway if applicable as per the situations given below.

No refunds will be given in the following cases.

1.      Incorrect or outdated delivery address.

2.      Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.

3.      After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agencies

4.      Package refused by recipient.

5.      Sizing issues. Please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.

6.      Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

7.      Minor color and design variation(s). All products are handcrafted and use natural stones so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.

8.      If the Jewellery is not faulty or damaged.

Insured and Free Shipping

Tanishi Jewels don’t charge for delivery/shipping on all items within India. Your order will be shipped to you fully insured.After your item has been packaged, it will be shipped and delivered free via one of the following carriers.

Your item is delivered to you in an exclusive Tanishi Jewels box along with the relevant certificates. Before accepting delivery of the product/s, please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you believe that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and email us at tanishijewels@india.com or call us at +91 141 2297800 (11:00 am to 7:00 pm India Time - GMT + 05.30 hrs), mentioning your order number.
